What are the delivery charges for?

Delivery charges will vary in price depending on distance from our shop. We will deliver and set up your order on the selected date and time that you choose at checkout.

How does delivery work?

All you have to do is provide us with your drop off location and time and we will do the rest! Please leave us with any special instructions you may have as well. 

Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?

We use stripe which accepts most credit and debit cards!

How long will delivery take?

At checkout you will have to tell us your delivery date as well as a time window that we can deliver and setup during. Depending on the size of the order and distance from our shop times will vary. 

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

We use Stripe which secures all transactions at checkout. We do not save any of your information personally. Our site also uses an SSL certificate to ensure your private data is secured.

What exactly happens after ordering?

After you order you will receive and email receipt confirming your order. If we have any questions or need any additional information from your order we may give you call.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

After checking out you should receive an email from us with your order total and information.
